Data controller
RE THERMO HOME s.à r.l., 8, Place des Tilleuls, L-9575 Wiltz, Luxembourg. Data questions and requests: info@re-thermohome.lu; +352 26 95 42 12.
Data and purposes
The form collects name, email, optional phone, message, language and receipt date to handle an enquiry or prepare an offer. It does not place an order or guarantee an email notification.
Legal bases
Steps necessary for an offer you request rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Other business enquiries and site security rely on legitimate interests in responding and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). Advertising consent is not required to receive a response.
Hosting and recipients
The site and enquiries are hosted using Lovable Cloud. Access should be limited to authorised business staff and necessary technical providers. Your browser contacts the hosting and photo-delivery network; technical connection data may be processed to deliver and protect the site.
Retention
Enquiries are retained during handling and necessary follow-up, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, unless a legal duty or justified dispute-related need applies. Contract and accounting records follow applicable statutory periods. Automatic deletion after a fixed period is not currently configured.
Tracking and external services
Optional visitor and click analytics are disabled. No advertising or embedded map. Fonts are hosted with the site. Google Maps receives data only when you follow its external link; its own privacy policy then applies. Cookie preferences are stored on your device.
International transfers
Potential transfers outside the EEA depend on providers’ locations and subprocessors. The controller must verify agreements, destinations and GDPR safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for available information; this page does not certify exclusively European hosting.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions: access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, particularly to legitimate-interest processing. Optional consent can be withdrawn in Cookie settings without retroactive effect. You may complain to the CNPD: https://cnpd.public.lu. The form makes no automated decisions and performs no profiling.
Required fields
Name, email and message are required to send the form. You may call or email directly instead. Do not send health data, passwords or identity documents.
